The status listed will let you know if the lots is available for purchase, if there is a home constructed on it that is available or if a lot has already been acquired by a Master Builder.

*Acquired Lots by Master Builders...

A lot that has been acquired by a Master Builder is considered available to build your home upon, unless the Builder has already begun construction on it. You will need to contact the listed Master Builder in inquire about the status of the lot you are interested in.

 

 

Un-acquired Lots...

 

These lots are available to all buyers interested. You may select a lot and then contact a Master Builder to discuss your desired plans and see if they accommodate your needs, or purchase the lot and build on it at a later time with your chosen Master Builder. (homes must begun construction within two years of purchase)
