Village Commercial...
The
Village Commercial Subdistricts are the first subdistricts seen
from the major highway, Highway 70 / Lebanon Road. Village
Commercial will be composed of more traditional highway commercial
uses combined with a mixture of office.
These subdistricts do not permit dwelling units; therefore, development intensity shall be controlled by building height and parking maximums.
