Walkable Suburban...

Walkable Suburban - Image 1The Walkable Suburban Subdistricts is located 1/4 to 1/2 miles from the rail stop. These subdistricts are the least dense of the four subdistricts and primarily residential in nature.

A focus on connectivity through the use of open space will be the primary concern and will create a smooth transition from the Estates Section.

These subdistricts do not permit dwelling units; therefore, development intensity shall be controlled by building height and parking maximums.
