Welcome Home to Hamilton Springs
Hamilton Springs is an exciting project and unlike any other in Middle Tennessee. For the first time in our state, there is a community specifically built to provide residents the convenience of transit alongside the benefits of suburban life. Located just east of Nashville in Lebanon, Hamilton Springs is accessible from U.S. Highway 70 (Lebanon Road) and will soon be accessible via the Music City Star commuter rail.

Long Range Vision
Hamilton Springs is a long-range project with a proposed 20-year-build-out. At two years in, phase one of the project was completed fall of 2013 with the opening of Hamilton Station luxury apartments.

Award Winning Plan
In 2011, the project won the Outstanding Planning Award for Green Development for a Small Community from the Tennessee Chapter of the American planning Association (TNAPA) at its annual statewide conference. In 2012, Hamilton Springs won an Honor Award from the Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) for Planning and Analysis.

Why TOD?

Transit Oriented Development or TOD is defined as a mixed use residential or commercial development designed to maximize access to public transport, and often incorporates features to encourage transit ridership.

A TOD is a catalyst for growth that has been proven to increase walkability, sustainability and help to provide transportation and housing choices as the population continues to look for more affordable and active places to live.

Many of today's buyers are gravitating towards new "town centers" that feature urban amenities in suburban locations. Many are seeking greater work/life balance and looking for diversity, walkability and proximity to jobs and transit. Others are focused on safety, convenience, healthy living and staying engaged in their communities - our goal is to provide a desirable solution for everyone.

Never before has there been a more ideal "window of opportunity" for the City of Lebanon and Wilson County to take action and capitalize on this emerging trend.
